TalentCo are delighted to be working with an AI InsurTech startup (Y Combinator backed) looking to hire an exceptional Founding Enterprise AE into their growing team in London. Having completed their pre-seed raise in 2024, they are now set to close a substantial seed round in Q2 2025 and see now as the perfect time to add a world-class seller to their founder-led commercial efforts. They have a strong and exceptionally driven team of 12, and work 4-5 days a week from their office in Moorgate, to be as close as possible to their insurance clients and prospects.
As Founding Enterprise Account Executive you will:
- Drive a 4x increase in revenue for 2025 by spearheading impactful sales initiatives, execution plans and winning new logos within the UK insurance industry.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through a disciplined, analytics-based lead generation process while managing a well-organised sales funnel.
- Foster lasting client partnerships through consistent communication, trust-building, and exceptional service delivery.
We want to hear from you if:
- You have 5+ years of success and over-achievement in enterprise technology sales.
- You're an Insurance / InsurTech specialist salesperson, having built a deep network within the UK Insurance sector.
- You have a proven track record of closing net-new business at another VC-backed startup or in a similar high-growth environment.
