TalentCo are delighted to be working with a seed stage tech startup looking to hire an exceptional AI Operator into their UK business, to play a pivotal role in building and deploying AI systems and automations across the business, as they move towards an AI-native culture. Their ideal candidate is a high-potential, ambitious and AI-obsessed recent grad and this is a rare opportunity to work extremely closely with the co-founders of this 30 person UK & US based startup. The role can be based fully-remote anywhere in the UK.

As AI Operator you will:

  • Deploy AI systems across the business, automating workflows across engineering, finance, ops, and growth.
  • Build and run multi-agent systems that execute tasks end-to-end (research → modelling → outreach).
  • Own the automation stack using tools like Clay, n8n, Claude Code, Codex and APIs stitched into scalable systems.
  • Prototype, test, and deploy fast — shipping systems in days that eliminate bottlenecks and create serious leverage.

We want to hear from you if:

  • You're a top graduate from a prestigious university, with a strong academic record that reflects your intellectual rigour and curiosity. Bonus points for a STEM degree.
  • Deep hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, Codex (or similar), Clay, n8n, and agent frameworks like OpenClaw.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying real AI systems (not demos), including multi-step automated workflows.
  • Experience running agents in production environments with reliability and scale in mind.
  • You have a genuine, intense interest in AI. This is vitally important. You're someone who not only follows the latest in AI but is deeply passionate about the subject.
  • You have at least 6 months of professional experience (interesting internships count here) where the use of AI tooling has played a significant part.

What you’ll get:

  • Salary of c£50k
  • Equity share opportunities
  • Remote setup anywhere in the UK
  • Career rocket fuel - real growth, real ownership, real impact
