Looking for your first job or next career/education move, but not sure where to start? You are not alone, and we can help you!
I'm excited to announce my partnership with Shaw Trust, helping young people aged 16β24, including those with disabilities and additional support needs, access funded professional career support to overcome employment barriers and move closer to meaningful work.
As a Career Coach and Recruitment Director, I've seen incredible talent held back simply because the right support wasn't available at the right time. That's why this partnership matters.
Through this partnership, I will be helping connect eligible young people with funded professional support, including career guidance, supported internships, employability coaching, workplace preparation, and pathways into employment opportunities. Shaw Trust also provides specialist programmes for young people who need extra support to move towards work and develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
If you're a young person looking for guidance, confidence, employability support, or a pathway into work, we're here to help. Because every young person deserves the opportunity to realise their potential and access the opportunities they deserve.
This collaboration is particularly close to my heart because I believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not always equally accessible.
If you are:
- A young person aged 16β24 seeking support with your career journey
- A parent, guardian, teacher, or support professional looking for opportunities for a young person
- An employer interested in creating more inclusive pathways into employment
I'd love to hear from you.
