How You Will Impact Our Mission:
As our Commercial Director, you will sit at the heart of our operations, balancing strategic growth with rigorous risk management. Your core pillars will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a commercial strategy that supports our ambitious growth targets. Work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to shape the future of the company.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure we operate in full compliance with international laws and industry standards. Oversee our corporate governance and manage risk policies related to legal, contractual, and onboarding activities.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead in drafting and executing all major commercial contracts. Ensure our terms are commercially advantageous and legally airtight.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of three reporting business units. Streamline processes and implement best practices to ensure we remain efficient as we scale.
What We Are Looking For:
