About this opportunity

Working as part of a busy team within their van’s business, we have an opportunity for a Mobile Mechanic based at one of our client’s operations at Milton Keynes, Heathrow, Manchester or Doncaster. You can be based at any of these locations.

What you will do

  • Service and maintain all vehicles to the highest standard
  • Whenever called upon, attend breakdowns
  • Diagnosing faults or malfunctions of our fleet
  • From time to time, you will also be required to remove and change tyres.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines

You will bring

  • Have a city & guilds or similar qualification in motor vehicle technology
  • Attended a mechanical engineering course
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
  • You will be expected to work independently, be up to date with health and safety practices and have good working knowledge of tyres.
  • Have the ability to work alone and manage your own time
  • All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
  • A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
