Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business and exceed sales quotas
- Prospect and develop relationships with companies with 50+ employees within your assigned territory
- Engage directly with decision-makers and C-level executives
- Maintain a consistent pipeline by advancing in-person meetings with qualified prospects
- Close new accounts and collect all necessary implementation documentation
- Support new clients through the go-live process
- Maintain expert knowledge of the company's HR software platform through ongoing training
- Travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel
- Contribute to additional projects as needed
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Business or Professional Selling preferred)
- Experience: Proven success in a competitive, fast-paced B2B sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and performance metrics
- Experience may include full-time B2B sales, B2B internships, or collegiate sales competitions

- Strategic selling and closing experience
- Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Ability to manage multiple touchpoints across various channels
