BBC Studios Natural History Unit are looking for a PMA / Diary Assistant to join their award-winning team! This is an exciting chance to become part of the team behind some of the world's most iconic natural history productions and work within one of the UK's most respected creative organisations.
Contract
- Full-time, 9-month Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover), with potential to extend
Location
- Bristol - Hybrid - minimum 3 days in the office
Salary
- £30,000 - £37,800 (depending on experience)

- Week commencing 7th September 2026
You'll support the Head of BBC Studios Natural History Unit and senior executives by managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging UK and international travel, preparing presentations, organising department-wide meetings, and helping coordinate prestigious award submissions.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and has experience supporting senior management. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
