Naturewatch is seeking a Junior Production Manager to join our agile team for the visualised podcast series, delivering weekly content across linear and digital platforms. The role is a PAYE freelance contract, 3 days per week, based in Bristol, with dates running 12 October 2026 to June 2027.
You will manage day-to-day production, ensuring robust planning, accurate budgeting and smooth weekly delivery from production through post-production, coordinating with editorial and creative teams.
