We're delighted to be partnering with Idle Industries on the search for an exceptional Showrunner / Series Producer to lead a brand-new four-part travelogue series for a major UK broadcaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to help launch an ambitious first series from the ground up, working with high-profile on-screen talent across the UK and overseas. You'll be the editorial lead, overseeing every stage of the process from pre-production through to final delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the production of a brand new first series
  • Producing high-profile talent on location across the UK and international destinations
  • Managing and supporting Producer Directors filming on location
  • Overseeing the edit to ensure the series delivers creatively and editorially
  • Working closely with commissioners, senior creatives and production teams to deliver a premium series on time and on budget

We're Looking For Someone Who Has...

  • Proven experience delivering successful first series
  • Strong travelogue credits, ideally with premium factual or factual entertainment
  • Experience producing high-profile talent in the field
  • A calm, confident leadership style with experience managing multiple teams
  • Excellent editorial judgement and a strong track record overseeing postproduction
  • The ability to juggle creative ambition with practical production management
