TalentBank Technology is supporting an organisation within the manufacturing and retail sector to engage an experienced SAP ABAP Developer on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will support a complex SAP environment spanning SAP ECC, CRM and S/4HANA, contributing to both BAU enhancement work and broader SAP transformation initiatives. The successful consultant will play a key role in designing, developing and supporting ABAP solutions across a highly customised SAP landscape. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who enjoys working across both support and project delivery, while helping shape the future SAP roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and support ABAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms and integrations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, defects and technical issues across the SAP landscape.
- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support integrations between SAP and external systems, ensuring stability and performance.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, development standards and ongoing system improvements.
