We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager - Finance Systems to lead the successful delivery of finance technology and ERP change initiatives. This role will focus on implementing, upgrading, and optimising finance systems while supporting wider business transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with ERP finance platforms such as Agresso, Oracle Financials, SAP Finance, IFS, and bespoke finance ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of finance systems and ERP projects including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimisation
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system and process improvements
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
  • Support change management and user adoption activities
  • Ensure successful delivery aligned to business and finance objectives
Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years' experience delivering ERP or finance systems projects
  • Strong understanding of finance-led transformation and systems delivery
  • Hands-on experience with finance ERP platforms including: Agresso, Oracle Financials, SAP Finance, IFS, Bespoke finance ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of core finance principles including: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale business and technology change
  • Project Management qualification (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent experience)
