Our client is seeking a Dynamic Operations Manager to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for business leadership, technical & operational functions, implementing strategies, and ensuring the smooth and quality delivery of specialist services in the construction, facilities and domestic services market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operational requirements and work locations attended by our field technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work attitude and promoting teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to assess and monitor market trends, competitor activities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a go-getter with a solid employment track record looking for your next big role.
  • Technical knowledge within Construction, Facilities or Transport markets - Glass and facades or coatings experience particularly sort after and welcomed.
  • A strong track record of achieving targets and building relationships.
  • Composed Leadership Style.
  • Proactive, Positive and Energetic approach to customer services.
  • Full UK driving Licence.
