Contracts Manager in Reading

As a Contracts Manager you willbe responsible fora portfolio of schemesthat enhance our environment and communities- from improving flooddefences, to upgrading water treatment works and providing nature-based solutions that improve biodiversity. Our Contract Managers are great communicators, motivators & leaders, who have a wealth of technical knowledge, and have full ownership of thewhole processfrominceptionto handover.

The role of aContracts Managerincludes:

• Instillingthe company culture and drivingconsistency acrossa number ofschemes for theorganisation

• Leadingateamof site managers toensure successfulexecution of theprogramme

• Improvingawareness,complianceand performance with company standards & processes

• Facilitating the growth and development of the team

• Overall responsibility for commercial andprogrammedelivery whilst ensuring client satisfaction

Whatyoullneed:

• CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS

• HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

• Understand civil engineering principles and practices

• Knowledge of NEC3 or 4

• Excellentorganisationand problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
