The Mission

You will join the Platforms and Products team within Digital and Information, a collaborative group of specialists responsible for the delivery, enhancement and support of enterprise-scale SaaS and cloud-based ERP platforms. You'll serve as the go-to expert across the full financial ecosystem, driving cutting-edge configuration, process optimisation, and strategic decision-making.

Key Frontiers You Will Conquer:

  • Trailblaze and Lead: Act as the technical authority across General Ledger, AP, AR, Expenses, Assets, Projects, and Financial Reporting, setting best-practice benchmarks for the entire delivery ecosystem.
  • Architect the Future: Provide high-level technical assurance, peer-review complex designs from system integrators, and steer roadmap planning for massive enterprise cloud platforms.
  • Drive High-Stakes Delivery: Lead complex end-to-end design and configuration, manage ticket architecture across AMS teams, and enforce high-performance SLA frameworks.
  • Elevate the Team: Coach, mentor, and level-up junior consultants and analysts, building capability and leading high-energy functional workshops with executive stakeholders.
  • Safeguard Quality: Oversee rigorous testing environments (System, Integration, UAT) and act as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges.

  • Workday Mastery: Significant hands-on experience in Workday Financial Management configuration, implementation, or support role.

  • Agile Adaptability: Experience navigating modern structured delivery models (Agile, SAFe, hybrid) and ITSM environments.
