The Opportunity
We're supporting a global organisation in the search for an experienced
Internal Recruiter to join their Corporate Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This role will focus on delivering high-quality permanent recruitment across
Sales and Marketing functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across international markets.
This is a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing role suited to someone who thrives managing multiple vacancies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent hires across Sales and Marketing functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide consultative recruitment support.
- Manage approximately
12–20 live vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and pace.
- Source, screen and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, offer management and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (Oracle ATS).
- Provide regular market insight and recruitment updates to stakeholders.
About You
You’ll be an experienced in-house recruiter who is comfortable working autonomously within a busy corporate recruitment environment.
You’ll ideally have
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end permanent recruitment within an internal or in-house Talent Acquisition team.
- Previous experience recruiting for
Sales and/or Marketing positions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence hiring managers.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing and candidate management capabilities.
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets would be highly advantageous.
- Previous exposure to recruitment within the
Middle East/Dubai market would be beneficial.
- Hospitality sector recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience using an ATS (Oracle experience is beneficial but not required).
