About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the Ticketing Administration Team at Kingsmeadow, supporting Academy and Women’s team matchdays throughout the season. This is a flexible, sessional role ideal for those with full-time work or other commitments who want to get involved in the matchday experience and be part of an exciting football environment. You’ll be part of a pool of staff working 3–4 matchdays per month, on both weekends and weekdays.
Key Details
- Shift Start: Around 2.5 hours before kick-off (from 11am on weekends or 6pm on weekdays)
- Shift Length: 3–4 hours per match
- Start Date: ASAP, with a view to continuing into the 2026/2027 season.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing excellent customer service and ticketing support on matchdays
- Engaging with fans and visitors at the ticket office
- Assisting with Ticketmaster system operations (experience preferred)
- Helping ensure the smooth running of ticketing and entry processes on game day
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, friendly, and customer-focused individuals
- Experience with Ticketmaster or other ticketing systems (advantageous, but training provided)
- Previous experience in football, sports events, or customer service roles is beneficial
- Flexible and reliable, available for both weekday evenings and weekend matches
