We’re seeking a Technical Java Lead to join a high-impact programme within a public sector organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for technical decision-making, working closely with delivery managers, product owners, and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, delivering large-scale, complex public sector programmes.

  • Successful track record of leading and scaling development teams, including mentoring, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Experience working within UK government departments
