SQL Engineer – Remote
Are you a highly skilled SQL Database Administrator looking for a new challenge? We are a growing IT team embarking on an exciting transformation project, and we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to help us deliver it.
In this role, you\’ll be at the heart of our infrastructure, working alongside our engineering teams to deploy, maintain, and support our critical IT services. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring our cloud and on-premise services are secure, available, and perform to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, maintenance, and operation for our IT infrastructure services.
- Ensure all services adhere to agreed-upon service level agreements, quality standards, and budget.
- Work with our Infrastructure Engineering teams to deliver our transformation project.
- Implement industry best practices and processes to maintain a secure and robust IT environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise SQL DBA role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL clustering.
- Extensive experience with SQL Server 2016 – 2022.
- Experience with Windows Server 2019 – 2022.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Linux Red Hat.
- Experience with Progress DB.
