I am looking for a Business Analyst to assist with the implementation of a Transport Management System (TMS). Operating within an Agile digital delivery team, you will bridge the gap between complex logistics operations and technical development to ensure a seamless rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping: Lead workshops to define "As-Is" and "To-Be" states for complex transport workflows.
  • Requirements: Translate stakeholder needs into high-quality user stories with clear, testable Acceptance Criteria.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and model solutions that align with wider business objectives.
  • Agile Delivery: Active participation in all ceremonies, managing backlogs within Jira and Confluence.

  • TMS Implementation: Proven track record of delivering at least one major Transport Management System project.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in logistics, distribution, or supply chain is essential.
  • Seniority: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Tooling: Expert proficiency in Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
