Job Description: We are leading the charge in energy sector transformation, building a cutting‑edge Energy Services Platform based on modern, catalogue‑driven principles. We seek a TM Forum SOM Architect to own, define, and govern the entire Service and Order Management (SOM) architecture. This role is not just about design; it is about acting as the end‑to‑end integrator for the entire Lead to Order and Order to Activate process. You will be the single point of ownership for the SOM domain, ensuring absolute architectural coherence from COM and the EPC right through to downstream fulfilment, activation, and assurance systems.

Responsibilities

Own, define, and govern the entire SOM architecture; act as the end‑to‑end integrator for Lead to Order and Order to Activate; ensure architectural coherence across COM, EPC, and downstream systems; embed best practices across an enterprise; and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive architectural consistency.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Expertise in TM Forum ODA: Deep, authoritative knowledge and practical implementation experience with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture, specifically TMF 641, 640, and 638.
• SOM Architecture: Proven experience as a Lead/Principal Architect owning the Service and Order Management domain in a large‑scale, complex enterprise (ideally Telecommunications or Utilities).
• Catalogue Driven Systems: Strong grasp of the Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) role and experience defining decomposition rules for Product, Service to Resource constructs.
• Integration Expertise: Extensive experience governing API standards (TMF Open APIs, REST, Event‑Driven) and defining canonical integration patterns.
• Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead design authority processes, influence senior stakeholders, and drive architectural consistency across diverse, dispersed delivery teams.
• Delivery Focus: Ability to balance architectural purity with pragmatic delivery needs in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
