Location: London (Hybrid) – 2-3 days per week in the office.
Company: An independent market-research firm specialising in high-quality insights and regulatory support for the medical technology industry. The team works across medical devices, digital healthcare, drug delivery, precision medicine, and diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects: material design, day-to-day fieldwork management, client updates, and primary data analysis.
- Support report writing, attend client presentations, and occasionally travel within the UK, Europe, and the USA to observe or manage fieldwork.
- Assist in proposal development by shaping methodologies, selecting fieldwork partners, preparing cost sheets, requesting quotes, and drafting proposal documents.
- Participate in business development activities, helping identify opportunities and support client-facing initiatives as needed.
- Take on selected office-management responsibilities to support smooth operational delivery across the team.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare market research with a solid understanding of the full research process.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality work on time.
- Comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Skilled in analysing, interpreting, and presenting data accurately across multiple formats, with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Strong communicator, ideally London-based or able to work from the office at least 2-3 days per week.
