Are you an experienced ERP leader ready to take charge of a major SAP transformation programme? This role offers the chance to shape, deliver, and assure a business-critical ERP programme across multiple regions, ensuring governance, benefits realisation, and long-term success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of a multi-country SAP ERP transformation programme
- Embedding strong governance, reporting and delivery assurance across workstreams
- Managing programme risk, RAID logs, benefits tracking and business readiness activities
- Driving consistency across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Partnering with senior executives and functional leads to ensure programme objectives are achieved
- Building high-performing teams across internal staff, SI partners and contractors
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformation programmes
- Strong experience in programme governance, change management and portfolio reporting
- Deep knowledge of ERP deployment methodologies and tools
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at C-Suite level
- Ability to lead complex, multi-region, multi-vendor programmes with significant budgets and risk
