Salesforce Developer

Darlington (Hybrid) 3 days onsite

6 Months Contract

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced \’ Salesforce Developer\’.

Looking for a full Salesforce developer and the other one with Salesforce development and Business Intelligence background with ability to build manual consolidated reports.

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience in using Salesforce tools and best practices to deliver capabilities Process Builder, Process flows, etc.)
  • Experience working in Higher Education with Advancement with specific experience in Gift management will be highly desirable
  • Understanding of Salesforce Product releases and impacts to Spend Plan management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce managed packages – Affinaquest RM, Apsona Reporing, WithSecure Cloud Protection, Salesforce Outlook plug-ins
  • Adopt agile methodology to deliver continuous business value.
  • Engage with the Product deliver team to refine User Stories, provide estimates and deliver the backlog.
  • Engage with other Salesforce Product teams to ensure development/ config is within architecture framework and doesn\’t impact other product teams.
  • Coordinating with Seniror BA and with business SMEs to understand requirements and coordinate the build.
  • Identify risks/ issues with environments, user security, product development, etc. and recommend solutions
