Are you an engaging, tech-savvy trainer who thrives on the road and loves empowering others through learning? I’m currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Product Trainer to join a fast-growing, award-winning technology business that’s transforming the way businesses connect. This company offers an advanced software-driven platform that enables partners and clients to manage mobile, data, and telecoms services in real time, giving them full visibility and control.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about training delivery, enjoys meeting people face-to-face, and is ready to take ownership of the full training lifecycle across the UK partner network.
The Role:
As Product Trainer, you’ll be the go-to person for delivering engaging, insightful training to channel partners, helping them understand and adopt a cutting-edge telecoms and connectivity platform. Your mission is to ensure every user not only knows how to use the product, but why it matters. You’ll travel across the UK three days per week (Tues–Thurs), delivering in-person sessions, while Monday and Friday will typically be spent working from home on admin, reporting, or light local travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and professional product training sessions to partners across the UK.
- Own and continuously improve training content, tools, and techniques.
- Act as a product ambassador — making complex tech easy to understand and exciting to use.
- Create theatre around the training experience to make it memorable and effective.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.
- Develop online training strategies and materials to support remote learning.
- Provide regular feedback, reporting, and insight to stakeholders.
- Suggest improvements and adapt messaging based on partner needs and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering product or platform training — ideally in software, telecoms, or channel sales.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and people skills.
- Naturally engaging and charismatic – able to hold a room and get your message across.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives their own performance and development.
- Comfortable with nationwide travel 3 days per week – expenses fully covered.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn complex platforms and systems.
