Paid Social Manager: Beauty, Fashion & DTC Ecommerce // Hybrid - Central London
About the role:
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager with around two years’ experience who wants to go deeper into the numbers. You’ll work directly with the Paid Director, running Meta and TikTok campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands and turning performance data into decisions clients can act on.
What you’ll do:
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok.
- Manage sizeable budgets, keeping spend on pace and forecasts grounded.
- Run structured A/B tests.
- Write weekly and monthly reports that explain the story behind the results.
- Share your findings with strategy and creative teams to shape future campaigns.
- Suggest tools and shortcuts that make setup and reporting faster.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years in paid social, agency-side or at a DTC ecommerce brand (beauty, fashion or retail).
- Proven results scaling brands on Meta and TikTok: lower CPA, higher ROAS.
- Fluency in Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4 and native platform reporting.
- Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups); SQL or data visualisation a plus.
- Commercial focus, connecting ad performance to revenue, margin and client goals.
- Confidence leading client strategy sessions and performance reviews.
- Organised and detail-driven, equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.
