We’re working with a global software organisation who are recruiting for an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to lead Graduate and Apprentice recruitment at scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple hiring campaigns, and genuinely cares about delivering a standout candidate experience.
You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and People teams to deliver high-quality early talent while keeping pipelines moving and stakeholders informed.
- Deliver end-to-end Graduate and Apprentice recruitment, managing high candidate volumes with pace and accuracy.
- Build and manage strong pipelines, using real-time data to keep hiring on track.
- Partner with sourcing teams, universities, and suppliers to drive quality candidate attraction.
- Lead high-volume screening and interviews, ensuring fair and consistent assessment.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and People Business Partners.
- Create a positive, engaging candidate journey from application through to onboarding.
- Support Early Careers programmes and contribute to wider TA projects as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience hiring at volume within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.
- Strong knowledge of Early Careers recruitment and assessment best practice.
- Confidence managing stakeholders and juggling competing priorities.
- Experience recruiting Early Careers talent across India, Europe, or the USA is highly beneficial for this role.
