We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy team on a 1-month temporary contract, supporting the implementation of a new employee benefits system.
In this role, you'll be helping both current employees and former employees as they transition to the new platform.
Many enquiries will be straightforward, while others may involve supporting individuals or speaking with someone acting under Power of Attorney on their behalf.
This role requires patience, empathy and a sensitive approach, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound calls and emails from current and former employees.
- Guiding users through the registration and sign-up process for a new employee benefits platform.
- Providing clear, patient support to individuals with varying levels of technical confidence.
- Communicating with authorised representatives, including those acting under Power of Attorney, where appropriate.
- Accurately updating information across multiple systems.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on every interaction.
What we're looking for
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, empathetic and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using multiple IT systems and able to learn new technology quickly.
- Experience using
Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
- Someone patient, understanding and comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
