Join a leading UK retail brand driving innovation across digital and performance media. You’ll shape the company’s strategy, drive growth across key channels, and work closely with a consultative digital agency to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the Performance Media strategy across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display.
- Set clear performance direction and optimisation frameworks, focusing on medium- to long-term growth.
- Lead the strategic relationship with a consultative digital agency, ensuring high-quality delivery and clear accountability.
- Define and drive the FY25/FY26 growth agenda, evolving performance through technology, data, creative and measurement.
- Provide senior oversight of daily, weekly and monthly performance, identifying key growth opportunities and efficiencies.
- Chair monthly Growth Strategy sessions, driving progress and holding teams to account.
- Represent Performance Media across senior forums, MBRs and finance meetings, owning the performance narrative.
- Strong, strategy-first experience in Performance Media / Channel Marketing.
- Cross-channel expertise across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display (strategic rather than hands-on).
- Proven experience leading and challenging digital agencies in a consultative model.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into performance media strategy.
- Confidence operating at a senior stakeholder level within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
