About the Role
Our client is looking for a high-impact Data & Analytics Account Executive who thrives on creating new opportunities and closing deals driven by measurable business outcomes. This is a pure net-new logo acquisition role focused on selling data, analytics, and AI-led transformation solutions. You will lead with value—helping clients unlock revenue, efficiency, and smarter decision-making through data. We are looking for a hands-on hunter, not a relationship manager—someone who can build a pipeline from scratch, run consultative conversations, and close meaningful deals.
What You’ll Do
- New Business & Pipeline Growth
- Own net-new client acquisition across the UK and Europe
- Build a strong pipeline through industry-led use cases and value-driven conversations
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CDAO, Heads of Analytics, Marketing, Operations)
- Lead with data maturity, ROI, and business outcomes
- Position data as a strategic business enabler, not just technology
- Shape deals across:
- Data Engineering & Modern Data Platforms
- BI, Insights & Advanced Analytics
- AI/ML & Predictive Analytics
- Customer & Marketing Analytics
- Data Governance & Quality
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Partner with pre-sales, architects, and analytics consultants
- Build commercially sound deals with clear ROI and phased value delivery
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience
- 8 years of B2B technology/services sales
- Proven hunter mindset with success in net-new logo acquisition
- Strong understanding of data modernization, management, and value realization
- Familiarity with AI, BI, and analytics ecosystems
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Track record of closing £500K–£3M deals
- Comfortable selling consulting, implementation, and managed services
- Ability to run data-led discovery and outcome-driven sales cycles
Nice to Have
- Experience with value-based or outcome-led selling
- Exposure to global delivery models
- Industry experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Hi-Tech
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems
How You’ll Be Measured
- Net-new logos acquired
- Pipeline created (data-led opportunities)
- Conversion rate and average deal size
- Revenue and margin contribution
Why Join Us
- Clear hunter mandate with autonomy
- Strong data and analytics-led value proposition
- Realistic targets aligned with market conditions
- Opportunity to grow into a Sales Director role
