Role Overview:

We are hiring a Project Manager for two projects to lead complex IT-led transformation initiatives within a large enterprise Pharma environment. This role requires a seasoned IT Project Manager with a strong background in blue-chip environments, and proven experience delivering multiple complex M&A integrations — particularly across infrastructure, networking, and enterprise IT landscapes. The role requires strong delivery discipline across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies. You will own end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, dependency management, risk control, and executive communication—working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Project Scope:

  • Lead IT-driven M&A integration projects within a large enterprise / pharma environment
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across infrastructure and enterprise IT
  • Deliver integrations for small to mid-sized acquisitions, including:
    • Endpoint replacement and deployment
    • Network and telephony integration
    • Audio-visual and collaboration tools
    • Server, application, and data centre migrations
    • Cloud migrations
  • Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
  • Coordinate internal IT teams, external vendors, and third-party partners
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, cost, and quality across complex programmes
  • Provide clear status reporting and escalate risks/issues to senior stakeholders
  • Operate across Agile and Waterfall delivery models as required

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years IT Project Management experience
  • 5+ years hands-on delivery of M&A IT integration projects
  • Strong experience in infrastructure and networking projects, including:
    • Network circuits, routers, switches
    • Telephony and conferencing platforms
    • Data centre consolidation and cloud environments
  • Experience working in blue-chip / enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and dependencies
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with standard PM tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Confluence)
  • Exposure to information security considerations in M&A projects
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • SAFe / Agile certification beneficial
