Job Description

This is an opportunity for a strategic and technically capable Interim HRIS Systems Manager to lead the development, optimisation, and support of a prestigious clients core HR technology platforms.

This will be a mixture of a hands on role while also managing a small team of technical specialists, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, you’ll deliver improvements, ensure compliance, and support the ongoing transformation of the people systems and processes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Expertise in HRIS systems management, configuration, and integration
  • Experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive approach to delivering system enhancements and automation
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security in HR environments
  • Experienced with ResourceLink and Oleeo system an advantage

Details:

  • 3-6 month initial contract, extensions likely
  • Rates of circa £500 per day (inside IR35)
  • Hybrid working in London (E1 postcode)
