Job Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in London are currently recruiting for a HR/Organisational Change manager for an initial 3 month period, subject to a potential extension. The role is offered on a part time basis and flexibility across 3-4 days per week for the duration of the project.
Hybrid working is offered, with an expectation of attending site 1 day per week. IR35 is TBC, and the successful candidate will have NHS experience of organisational change and HR.
Key Skills/Experience
- NHS experience in HR/organisational change and has led change projects previously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder/staff engagement skills at all levels
- Knowledge of NHS operating models, Agenda For Change and HR documentation/processes
- The ability to create and manage Project/Communication plans and associated activities
- The ability to work operationally through change processes and management projects
- Project Management qualification and experience of working with Digital teams is desirable for this position
- Experience of co-ordinating and leading stakeholder meetings
