Role: Content Designer Location: Hybrid Contract Length: Initial 6 months Clearance: SC Clearance must be active We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to support one of our Government Clients on a major digital programme. You will focus on key service areas, including authentication platforms, access controls, and fraud prevention initiatives Core Responsibilities Writing and Editing: Translate complex policy and "government-speak" into clear, accessible, user focused digital content. User Focus: Ground design decisions in evidence using data analytics, user research insights, and usability testing Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with user researchers, interaction designers, software engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end services. Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and policy leads to ensure technical accuracy while advocating for content standards and clarity Proven experience in content management and information architecture Strong background in evidence-based, user-centred content design Expertise in iterative design within agile delivery environments Deep understanding of designing for accessibility and inclusion, meeting GOV.
