- Role: Content Designer
- Rate: £435 per day (Inside IR35)
- Location: Hybrid
- Contract Length: Initial 6 months
- Clearance: SC Clearance must be active
- Writing and Editing: Translate complex policy and "government-speak" into clear, accessible, user focused digital content.
- User Focus: Ground design decisions in evidence using data analytics, user research insights, and usability testing
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with user researchers, interaction designers, software engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end services.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and policy leads to ensure technical accuracy while advocating for content standards and clarity
- Proven experience in content management and information architecture
- Strong background in evidence-based, user-centred content design
- Expertise in iterative design within agile delivery environments
- Deep understanding of designing for accessibility and inclusion, meeting GOV.UK standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
