Data Protection Manager – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
- 70,000 – ??80,000 Salary (Pro Rata)
Bicester / Hybrid – 2-3 Days PW in the office
Infinite Talent are currently working alongside a luxury retail brand who have an urgent requirement for a Data Protection Manager to come and join them on a 6 month FTC basis.
Experience
- Good understanding of Customer database lifecycle and technical enterprise
- Experience in Marketing and Media Advertising compliance : paid media and online (incl. cookies, pixels and trackers), 1st and 3rd party marketing, consent models
- Completing DSAR (including discovery and redaction), Incident and Breach (including loggist and response and complaint handling)
- Experience drafting data processing contract clauses (including transfer agreements), privacy assessments and risk and remediation assessments
- Knowledge of retail sector within UK and EUR
- Minimum 2 years in a DP manager role

- Very organised, ability to prioritise and work independently
- Strong administration and record keeping
- Inquisitive, critical thinker, pragmatic and solution orientated
- Microsoft suite (incl. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, One Drive / SharePoint)
- Service minded, confident networker and a self-starter
Role
This individual would support day to day compliance activities relating to new and changed processing obligations:
- Complete medium and high risk privacy assessments (incl. risk and remediation)
- Undertake privacy by design by attending various customer data related project steer co\’s
- Audit and maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
- Document generation and version control (privacy notices, policies and SOP\’s)
Qualifications
- GDPR : we recognise IAPP CIPP/E (UK and EUR must) and IAPP CIPT (privacy technologist desirable)
- Knowledge of PECR/E-Privacy Directive, AI Act, PCI and PIPL
- 75000/year
