About the Company

You’ll be joining a global technology and consulting organisation at the forefront of digital transformation, cloud, and Microsoft technologies. The business partners with enterprise organisations to deliver large-scale transformation programmes across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Data, and AI. With continued investment in its Microsoft Business Applications practice, this is a key hire within a growing team focused on developing strategic customer relationships and expanding existing Microsoft engagements. You’ll work closely with consulting, delivery, customer success, and Microsoft alliance teams to help customers maximise the value of their Dynamics 365 Business Applications estate while identifying opportunities for growth across the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications Account Manager with 3–5 years of experience managing and growing enterprise customer relationships across the D365 ecosystem. This role is centred around account growth, customer engagement, and strategic expansion within existing clients. You’ll work with organisations using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, helping them evolve their applications landscape while identifying opportunities to introduce additional Business Applications capabilities. The focus is on a “land and expand” approach — building trusted relationships, increasing platform adoption, and driving long-term customer value rather than purely generating net-new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Customer Growth
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across the Microsoft Business Applications space
    • Develop strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to expand Dynamics 365 and Power Platform usage within existing accounts
    • Drive customer retention, engagement, and long-term partnership growth
    • Support strategic account planning and customer success initiatives
  • Microsoft Business Applications Advisory
    • Act as a trusted advisor across the Dynamics 365 suite including: Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Finance & Supply Chain Management, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    • Understand customer business challenges and align Microsoft Business Applications solutions to their objectives
    • Support customers with roadmap planning, adoption strategies, and transformation initiatives
    • Work alongside consulting and delivery teams to ensure successful solution outcomes
  • Commercial Growth & Expansion
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the D365 Business Applications portfolio
    • Support renewals, expansions, and ongoing commercial conversations
    • Collaborate with presales and solution teams on proposals and customer opportunities
    • Maintain visibility of account growth opportunities and pipeline activity
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Microsoft alliance teams, consultants, delivery managers, and customer success teams
    • Ensure a seamless customer experience across sales and delivery engagements
    • Support executive-level account reviews and strategic discussions
    • Maintain strong internal communication to align customer goals with delivery capability

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications, Account Management, Customer Success, or Solution Sales
  • Strong understanding of the D365 and Power Platform ecosystem
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise customer accounts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Strong communication and client-facing experience
  • Experience within a Microsoft partner, consulting, or managed services environment
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation programmes
  • Microsoft certifications across Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
  • Understanding of CRM, ERP, and low-code transformation initiatives
