At Talent International and Digital Gurus, we're continuing to grow our Manchester team and are looking for Associate or Principal Consultants across our specialist markets, including AI & Machine Learning, Data, Technology and Procurement.
Whether you've built a successful contract desk or specialise in permanent recruitment, you'll have the autonomy to develop your market with the backing of a global recruitment business, established client relationships, and the infrastructure to support your success.

We're looking to speak with recruiters who have:
- Experience running a 360° recruitment desk (contract, permanent, or both)
- A strong track record of business development and delivery
- Experience recruiting within Technology, AI/ML, Data, Procurement, or another specialist market
- A commercial mindset and a passion for building long-term client and candidate relationships
