Role Overview:
We are hiring a Project Manager for two projects to lead complex IT-led transformation initiatives within a large enterprise Pharma environment. This role requires a seasoned IT Project Manager with a strong background in blue-chip environments, and proven experience delivering multiple complex M&A integrations β particularly across infrastructure, networking, and enterprise IT landscapes.
The role requires strong delivery discipline across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies. You will own end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution, dependency management, risk control, and executive communication β working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Project Scope:
- Lead IT-driven M&A integration projects within a large enterprise / pharma environment
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across infrastructure and enterprise IT
- Deliver integrations for small to mid-sized acquisitions, including:
- O365 tenant integrations
- Endpoint replacement and deployment
- Network and telephony integration
- Audio-visual and collaboration tools
- Server, application, and data centre migrations
- Cloud migrations
Requirements:
- 5β7+ years IT Project Management experience
- 5+ years hands-on delivery of M&A IT integration projects
- Strong experience in infrastructure and networking projects, including:
- O365 / tenant consolidation
- Network circuits, routers, switches
- Telephony and conferencing platforms
- Endpoint deployments
- Data centre consolidation and cloud environments
