We are seeking an experienced Children’s Services Transformation Lead to drive organisational change across children’s services within a local authority. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of children and families by redesigning service delivery, restructuring teams and embedding best practice across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior leaders, operational managers and frontline teams to deliver meaningful, system wide improvements in children’s services.

You’ll need:

  • Strong experience in Children’s Services within a council or public sector.
  • Proven expertise in organisational development, change management, and service redesign.
  • Knowledge of Families First / early help programmes.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver lasting improvements.
