At Talent International, we’re continuing to grow our recruitment capability across core markets, supporting organisations through complex change and transformation. We’re hiring a Delivery Consultant/Resourcer who wants to forge a career in recruitment in one of the country’s top agencies.

Purpose of the Role

To deliver exceptional candidate management and recruitment delivery support across contract and permanent roles within tech and digital markets. You will support Account Managers on key client accounts, ensuring efficient fulfilment, exceptional candidate care, and high-quality talent pipelines. Operating in a business undergoing significant transformation, you will be instrumental in adapting to evolving processes and contributing to the development of our AI recruitment platform. This is a permanent role based out of our offices in Manchester on a full-time hybrid basis (3 days a week in the office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct proactive and forensic candidate searches using a range of platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand job specs and client expectations.
  • Support with all aspects of contractor management including onboarding, compliance, timesheets, extensions, and payments.
  • Contribute to benchmarking and talent insight reports for clients.

  • Previous experience in a 180 delivery, resourcing, or candidate consultant role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (perm and/or contract).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a changing, agile environment with evolving technology.
