Business Analyst Team Lead

This local council is seeking a Business Analyst Team Leader to come on board and lead a team of Business Analyst\’s who improve organisational service delivery and review the current work BA practices to accelerate project delivery tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Review and maintain the council\’s Business Analysis Framework
• Build strategic alignment between IT and the business
• Manage and lead a high-performing team of business analysts across multiple projects
• Mature the Business Analyst Practice by apply industry standard practices
• Conduct quality reviews of analysis work and artefacts produced by business analysts.
• Scope and plan the Business Analysis elements of project delivery

You will have :

• Extensive experience working within a corporate environment leading a team of business analysts providing business analysis services.
• Experience maturing a BA Practice
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
• Prior Government or council experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Experienced in conducting workshops and eliciting relevant information
