The Challenge
We are supporting an international business to find an insightful and driven Business Analyst to join the project delivery team in either their Manchester or Birmingham office. This is a chance to play a central role in bridging strategic objectives with technical execution, making a direct and visible impact on operations.
Your Mission
You will be the vital link between the business and technology, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Be the initial point of contact to define and manage key requirements and expectations.
- Develop robust business cases and perform benefits analysis for new initiatives.
- Document 'As-Is' and model 'To-Be', clearly identifying the 'Gap'.
- Translate complex technical details into understandable language for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Delivery function to enhance the internal Business Analysis framework.
- Create detailed functional requirements documentation and provide support during testing.
What You Bring
- Fluency in core BA artifacts: Use Cases, User Stories, and Activity Diagrams.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2/Agile.
- Proven ability in analytical thinking and complex problem‑solving.
- Experience with standard documentation and office suite tools.
- A strong customer service orientation and the capacity to mentor junior team members.
