Responsibilities

  • Collaborating: Defining KPIs with senior managers and communicating data-driven concepts across departments
  • Developing: Building internal and external reports in Power BI and SQL to help colleagues understand performance and drive change
  • Analysing: Planning and executing ad-hoc analytical projects using SQL and Excel
  • Consulting: Providing technical advice as the resident database expert and contributing to SQL and report reviews

Required skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI
  • Advanced Excel and Power Query
  • Ability to write and optimise DAX
  • Solid understanding of database and data-model design

Desirable skills

  • Python or Apache Airflow
  • SSRS / Power BI Report Builder
  • Experience with automation tools
