This is a reporting-focused role sitting within a Finance Systems team, where you’ll own Power BI reporting across the business and become the go-to person for finance dashboards, data accuracy, and reporting improvements. The current role holder is leaving, so this is a genuinely important hire with real ownership from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and improving the full Power BI reporting suite
- Building and maintaining dashboards for finance and business stakeholders
- Pulling data from finance systems and making it easy to understand
- Rationalising existing reports (cutting noise, improving quality)
- Supporting users with reporting questions and access
- Making sure data is accurate, governed, and audit-friendly
What They’re Looking For
- Strong Power BI experience (this is non-negotiable)
- A finance background or solid understanding of finance processes
- Experience working with ERP data (D365 F&O ideal, but not essential)
- Someone confident owning reporting end-to-end, not just building reports
