About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced

Client Manager to join a fast-paced in-house creative agency, supporting the delivery of high-profile brand and marketing campaigns.

Sitting at the intersection of brand, marketing, creative, media and production , you’ll act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and take ownership of campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a strong background in brand or account management, integrated marketing and omnichannel campaign delivery .

You’ll work closely with internal creative and production teams as well as external media and agency partners to bring campaigns to life across paid and owned channels.

You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop strong stakeholder relationships and ensure creative work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Lead the delivery of integrated marketing and creative campaigns across paid media, digital, social, CRM, e Commerce, web, print and other owned channels .
  • Take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, confidently challenging and developing briefs to ensure the strongest possible output.
  • Coordinate multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Work closely with creative, production, project management and media teams to deliver high-quality creative assets against wider media plans.
  • Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, creative teams and external agencies.
  • Lead client and stakeholder meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and creative sign-offs.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and changing priorities, communicating issues clearly and proactively.
  • Partner with Project Managers to plan, track and deliver end-to-end projects across multiple channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging and customer experience across campaign touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery, processes and ways of working.
  • Support campaign scoping, estimates and budget tracking, ensuring projects remain commercially on track.
  • Review campaign performance and use learnings to inform future activity.
  • Support the wider Client Management team across additional accounts and workstreams when required.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Around

5+ years' experience within Account Management, Brand Management, Marketing Management or a similar creative/agency environment.

  • Experience working directly with creative, digital and/or media agencies .
  • Good understanding of paid media and experience delivering creative assets against larger media plans.
  • Strong project management capability with experience managing campaigns from initial brief through to launch.
  • Broad understanding of digital and offline marketing channels, ideally including paid media, social, CRM/email, e Commerce, web and print .
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, agencies and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the confidence to challenge briefs and provide solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience leading meetings and presenting work to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable managing campaign scopes, estimates and budgets.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • A genuine passion for brands, marketing and producing excellent creative work.
  • Nice to Have
  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within an in-house creative agency, integrated marketing agency or large consumer brand .
  • Experience across retail, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, automotive, FMCG or another consumer-focused environment.
  • Experience delivering product launches and/or major brand campaigns.
  • Knowledge of formal project management or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working across both online and offline customer journeys.
  • The Ideal Profile
  • You’ll likely come from a

Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Integrated Marketing background and have experience coordinating multiple agencies and creative workstreams.

You don’t necessarily need to have spent your entire career within a traditional creative agency. We’re equally interested in candidates who have worked client-side managing agencies , provided they have strong experience briefing creative teams, managing paid-media requirements and delivering complex omnichannel campaigns.

You’ll be commercially minded, creative, organised and comfortable taking ownership — someone who can build strong relationships while keeping multiple projects moving and ensuring excellent work gets delivered.
