Talent Consulting is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join one of our clients on a contract basis. This role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities within a complex environment.

Contract Length: 8 months

Location: Oxford (Hybrid) – occasional travel

Pay: Inside IR35 £500 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support IGA platforms and solutions
  • Integrate IGA systems with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
  • Design and manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows
  • Produce clear technical documentation and operational runbooks
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and JML automation
  • Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or similar)

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • SC Cleared or SC Eligible (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible)
  • Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
  • Vendor certifications in IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada)
  • SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
  • Experience with segregation of duties (SoD) and access risk analytics
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience with API integration and web services
  • Familiarity with ITSM workflows and change control processes
  • Experience working within public sector or critical national infrastructure environments
