Analysis of data quality and completeness (ie usefulness) of what we have today

Cataloguing of previous work including mothballed products and previous one-off projects
- Integrate existing systems to bring more data in analytical warehouses

Full architectural mapping of remaining systems and mapping of potential data flows, including gap analysis

Effort estimation and skillset combination needed to deliver the integration for each potential flow

Prioritisation against potential use cases (as below)
- Build new systems/process to provide more complete data collection

Use gap analysis from (2) to identify and analyse existing processes/workflows that could fill data gaps

Prioritised and scoped applications and process changes to fulfil all remaining high value use cases eg can map rejected leave requests to sickness absence
You will work with the following team:

SME support is available, You will not be responsible for the Ingestion of the data from old systems to the new one, and doesn’t have to be an expert of the target system,

To a Tier 1 Cloud SaaS provider, still to be chosen (the likes of SAP Success Factors, Oracle, WorkDay etc).
In this case my client needs a more strategic thinker with good stakeholder management skills.
The main tech stack (target) is AWS S3, Snowflake, DBT, potentially Starburst.
