Role Overview

As a Recruitment Coordinator/Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various basic recruitment and administrative activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner; these activities will include:

  • Supporting recruitment teams from an administrative and contract generation perspective;
  • Engaging with local and international HR business partners;
  • Coordinating with local and international candidates;
  • Contract issuance, contract storage, reporting on contract generation activity and process challenges.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Obtaining all necessary information to generate and issue multinational employment contracts.
  • Accurate administration of employment contracts to ensure the correct data is input to render contracts complete.
  • Tracking all data related to contract generation.
  • Engaging with other TA partners involved in the hiring/onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Escalating any contract issuance challenges.
  • Identification and implementation of any process efficiencies.
  • Updating the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the recruitment process.
  • Performing other administrative tasks related to the Client’s recruitment process.
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Managing the customers’ needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Cooperating with recruiters and updating hiring managers when required.

Key Benefits

  • Annual Leave: 23 Days Holiday Base Level, 8 Days Bank Holidays, Additional 1 Day of Annual Leave after 1 years’ service, additional 1 day each year after this – up to 28 Days Holiday, ‘Buy Back’ Scheme in place – up to 5 Days extra per year.
