About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing an entirely new AI and Data division within a major aviation business. Acting as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and strategic partners to deliver exceptional tech talent across Data, AI, and Product verticals.

You’ll bring a data‑driven mindset to contract recruitment, owning the full process, from sourcing and screening to proactively building future pipelines across high‑demand specialisms. You’ll support hiring needs across roles such as:

  • Data Science
  • Machine Learning & AI Engineering
  • Data Analytics & Data Engineering
  • Product Management
  • Emerging and specialist AI functions

This role requires someone comfortable managing executive‑level searches while simultaneously handling high‑volume requisitions to support a rapidly scaling function.
