Role Profile: As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet client needs. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience. This role requires a proactive approach, creativity in sourcing, and the ability to meet targets in a dynamic environment.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct talent mapping of competitors to identify high-potential candidates, build succession pipelines, and provide actionable competitor insights that inform workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability against position criteria.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across various channels, including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Produce and present recruitment activity reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage talent insights and market data to inform recruitment strategies, enabling hiring managers to make data-driven decisions and optimise talent acquisition outcomes.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction metrics.
